Unfortunately, the TV stand arrived damaged 😔. One of the wooden slats was cracked, and the packaging was all beat up. I contacted customer service, and they were helpful and offered a replacement, but it's still a hassle to repackage and return the item. I'm disappointed with the quality control and the delivery process. I hope the replacement arrives in better condition. 🤞
