    Good product overall, though took me a while to figure out how to optimize energy usage. Works fine for low-power devices like phones and tablets, which covers most of my needs. The instructions could be clearer, but once you get the hang of it, it’s quite intuitive. Would have preferred faster shipping, but nothing major.

    Unfortunately, one of the ports didn’t work straight out of the box. Had to contact support which was responsive, but still frustrating. Otherwise, the build quality seems decent and I imagine it would be great if fully functional. Hopefully gets fixed soon, as I really wanted this for weekend getaways.
