Disappointed as one corner came damaged in transit despite careful packaging. Customer service arranged a replacement part but it took over two weeks to arrive. Otherwise, my daughter enjoys playing with it - especially pretending to ride the elevator between floors. The pool and slide features look nice but haven't been used much compared to other areas. Would recommend checking thoroughly upon arrival as quality control could be better.

Perfect size for little hands to navigate between floors. What impressed me most was how sturdy it is despite being plastic - ours has survived several moves between rooms without any damage. The variety of accessories keeps my granddaughter entertained for hours as she creates different narratives. We particularly like the party room where they 'host' tea parties for imaginary guests. Great quality construction with everything fitting securely together.

It's a lovely dollhouse overall, though bigger than I expected at 3.75ft tall! Took quite a while to assemble but instructions were clear. The lights and sounds work well but batteries aren't included which caught me off guard. My daughter adores the slide and creates endless stories around the puppy area. Would have given five stars if the packaging had been slightly better protected during delivery.
